Hi, I’m Blair.

I'm a wife, mama, trainer, entrepreneur, animal lover, and a woman who's still learning, growing, and figuring things out along the way.

My life doesn't really fit into one box. One minute I'm training women and talking about strength and nutrition, the next I'm working alongside my husband at one of our businesses, taking care of animals, growing something, dreaming up another idea, or trying to keep up with family life.

And somewhere in the middle of all of that... I'm still becoming me.

I've walked through seasons that have stretched me, humbled me, changed me, and strengthened my faith. I've learned that growth isn't always pretty, progress isn't always something you can see, and sometimes all you need is faith the size of a mustard seed to keep moving forward.

That's really where Rooted, Growing + Becoming came from.

A place where I don't have to choose just one part of my life to share.

I can talk about getting stronger andgrowing a garden. Faith and fitness. Motherhood and business. Big dreams, hard days, animals, food, family, failures, wins, and all the ordinary moments in between.

I'm not here because I have life figured out.

I'm here because I don't.

I'm learning to stay rooted in what matters, keep growing through every season, and embrace the person I'm becoming along the way.

And if you're doing a little growing and becoming of your own, I'm really glad you're here.

Faith of a mustard seed. Always.

WHY ROOTED, GROWING + BECOMING

I believe we're always becoming. Every season of life has something to teach us some seasons plant us deeper, some stretch us, and some completely change us. This space is about embracing all of it while keeping faith at the center and remembering that even the smallest seed can grow into something beautiful.

Rooted

Staying rooted in my faith, my family, and the things that matter most. Life can get loud and busy, but I never want to lose sight of where my roots are planted.

Growing

Growth doesn't always look the way we expect it to. I'm learning, getting stronger, building businesses, raising a family, making mistakes, trying again, and choosing to keep growing through every season.

And Becoming..

Maybe that's my favorite part. I'm not who I used to be, and I'm not finished becoming who I'm meant to be. I'm learning to give myself grace in the space between the two.

Faith of a mustard seed.
